Rental Services
We have two types of rental services available for Landlords to choose from :
1. Managed Services
Our MANAGED SERVICE includes the following;
(a) assisting you to arrive at a rental value in the changing rental market;
(b) listening to your specific tenant requirements;
(c) advertising for and interviewing potential tenants;
(d) drawing up a lease and a defects list;
(e) collecting a deposit from the tenant and securing this in a registered TRUST account;
(f) collecting the monthly rent, and taking recovery action immediately on late payments;
(g) ensuring payment of water, electricity, rates/levies etc are effectively managed through our computerised systems;
(h) providing you with a detailed monthly statement.
2. Unmanaged Services
The unmanaged service includes (a) to (e) and we collect the first months rent only.
